We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the entire service or parts of the service at will, and without warning. This includes cancellation of any paid for memberships, for which refunds will be given only at the discretion of WebsiteSpell.com.
We will not be responsible for any loss of data, earnings or any other impact on your business, actual or perceived, as a result of actions taken either directly or indirectly from this website. We will not be responsible for any error in transmission, unavailability of information or loss of service, at any time. Any data stored on WebsiteSpell.com must be verified by yourself as accurate.
All information stored by us is held as securely as possible using secure tools, and employing encryption where applicable. However, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss caused by influences outside of our direct control such as hacking or acts of God. No credit card information is taken or stored directly by WebsiteSpell.com.
Backups of all data are taken and retained "off-site". In the event of a data failure for any reason, all reasonable attempts will be taken to restore service as soon as possible. However, no guarantees are given to restore full or any part of the service.
All services may be used for lawful purposes only. The transmission, storage, or presentation of any information or material in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. Any information stored on this site cannot be resold, rented or distributed.
All personal information is governed by our privacy policy.
Site access, robots and crawlers
The WebsiteSpell.com robot crawls the pages on your web site before spell checking can begin.
The crawler identifies itself as: WebsiteSpell.com-vX.X (where X is replaced by the current version number).
In order for the service to work successfully, access to your web pages by our robot must not be restricted. Any problems with access that are not caused by faults on WebsiteSpell.com are entirely the responsibility of the customer to resolve. In the event that the crawlers permanently and irrevocably cannot crawl your website, refunds may be given at the discretion of WebsiteSpell's administrators.
WebsiteSpell.com will not be held responsible for any issues, perceived or actual, caused by the robot's crawl, or for any other reason related to its page finding and spell checking service. Please contact your website's system or technical administrators before using our service.
Paid memberships
All paid memberships are charged for fixed length periods and are not pro rata.
Any attempts to obtain paid membership services without payment will be treated as criminal activities, and your information will be passed onto the relevant authorities for your country.
Memberships will not be automatically renewed by us, therefore there will be no unexpected charges made to your account. However, to prevent potential loss of service, we may attempt to notify you of upcoming expiries by emailing details to the primary account holder's email address.
Any information stored will be retained until the account is closed so as to prevent data loss in the event of a lapsed subscription.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for any paid services within 24 hours of placing your order and receive a full refund ON THE CONDITION THAT THE SERVICE HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN SET UP AND USED. Cancellations beyond this period, or for services already rendered, will not be subject to refund.
Any refunds given will be undertaken through the Paypal account that was originally used for the purchase, and for the exact amount first paid. In order to cancel your service, simply use the "Close Account" functionality inside the My Account page or contact us directly, specifying your name, email address, approximate date/time ordered and the payment type used.
Order cancellations that are made more than 24 hours after placing your order will not receive refunds.
There will be no pro rata refunds given for any remaining period of service.
The spell check service is able to provide immediate results - as such, refunds will not be given for customers who have consumed the service and then chosen to cancel, regardless of any remaining credit.
Any repeated purchases and subsequent cancellations will be treated as fraud attempts and your details will be passed onto the relevant criminal authorities for your country.
